摘要 Explosion in a Chemical Plant in ShanxiOn March 2nd,2007 a private chemicalplant got exploded in Hongdongcounty,Linfen,Shanxi province.Theaccident caused 4 deaths and 1 injury.According to an official of Shanxi Pro-vincial Safety Production SupervisionBureau,this chemical plant is likely tobe a refinery with waste light oil aftercoal tar processing as the raw material.
