Methyl methacrylate(MMA)is an im-portant organic chemical raw materialand chemical product.It is mainly usedin the production of polymethyl meth-acrylate (PMMA) and ACR and MBS-impact assistants for PVC modification.It can also be used as the second mono-mer for the production of acrylic fiber,ion exchange resin,paper glossingagent,textile dyeing/printing assistant,leather treatment agent and lubeadditive,Therefore,MMA has very ex-tensive applications.
