摘要 On October 12th, the National Development & Reform Commission (NDRC) issued the revised "Permit for Calcium Carbide Industry (2007 version)", to promote the smooth development for calcium carbide industry, curb the over-heated expansion, make resources comprehensive utilization, safeguard production safety and upgrade industrial structure.
