摘要
Recently, the Tianjin government issuedthe "arrangements for Tianjin’s key preliminarytasks in 2009", inwhich the governmentdisclosed for the first time thedetails about a refining project which isexpected to be launched by Sino-RussianOriental Petrochemical (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.in 2010. The project is identified in the 20new projects listed in China’s petrochemicalstimulus program, to be supported bythe Chinese government.
