China’s National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)reformed the oil-products pricing mechanism and issued on December5th,2008 the new one,which is effective on January 1st,2009.According to the new pricing mechanism,the NDRC raisedthe permitted maximum prices of gasoline and diesel by RMB290and RMB 180 per ton respectively,effective March 25th.Pricesfor other oil products have also been adjusted accordingly.
