Zhejiang provincial government recently ruled that all dangerous chemicals productionand storage projects must be constructed in specialized areas mapped out in accordancewith the law.From 2010 onwards,urban and rural planning departments in regions where no danger-ous chemicals production and storage are permitted should not accept land use permitapplications for constructing dangerous chemicals production and storage projects.
