On August 8th, 2009 Heilongjiang Haohua Chemical Co., Ltd. (former QihuaChemical Industrial Co., Ltd.) held a ground breaking ceremony for its 300 000 t/a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and 300 000 t/a caustic soda project in Qiqihar,Helongjiang province.With a total investment of RMB1.57 billion, the project is expected to go onstream in October 2010. And after completion of the project, the sales revenuewill be added by RMB3.38 billion a year for the company.
