摘要 CITIC Guoan Information Industry Co., Ltd.(SZ: 000839) said on September 7th that itsunit, CITIC Guoan (Qinghai) Co., Ltd. hassigned an agreement with ChengduCHEMPHYS Chemical Co., Ltd. to cooperateon the investment, manufacture and salesof battery grade lithium carbonate, and to setup a new plant in the CITIC’s Salt Lake ProductionBase at Xitai, Qinghai province.
