摘要 To actualize the central government’s adjustmentand stimulus program for the petrochemicalindustry, the China Petroleum and ChemicalIndustry Association (CPCIA) issued guidanceto match the government’s program onOctober 22nd.CPCIA stated that China’s petrochemicalindustry has an urgent need to adjust its industrialstructure in order to solve the followingfour problems.
