On October 28th, 2009 Hubei New Chuzhong Fertilizer Co., Ltd., which was established byZhongxiang Chuzhong Phosphorus Chemical Co., Ltd. at Dayan Industrial Park in Yicheng ofHubei province in July 2009, broke ground for the construction of its first phase 200 000 t/asulfuric acid and 200 000 t/a monoammonium phosphate (MAP) project.
