摘要 China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation(Sinopec Corp.) announced on March 28ththat it has entered into an agreement, via awholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, toacquire a 55% stake in Sonangol SinopecInternational Limited (SSI) from SinopecOverseas Oil & Gas Ltd (SOOGL) for aconsideration of US$1.678 billion.
