China’s current polysilicon marketChina’s polysilicon production capacityreached 80 000 t/a in 2009, while the outputwas only 17 000 tons, which means the overallutilization rate of polysilicon capacity wasas low as about 20%. But such a low operatingrate essentially arose from neither theslack demand nor the oversupply.
