摘要 Xinyi Jiatai Chemical Industry Co Ltd held a groundbreakingceremony on May 18th to start construction of a 200 000 t/aspecial polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin project in Tangdian ChemicalPark,Xinyi,Xuzhou,Jiangsu province,with an expenditureof RMB420 million.The project is planned to start up at the endof 2010.
