Sinochem Group and Statoil ASA signed Memorandum of StrategicPartnership in Oslo.This is another key cooperation agreementsigned between the two sides after Sinochem made a dealwith Statoil to acquire a 40% interest in Peregrino,an offshoreoilfield in Brazil.Both sides will strengthen their cooperation in Brazil and otherregions under the agreement.
