Fujian Haobang Chemical Industry Co Ltd completed construction of its 5 000 t/aepichlorohydrin (ECH) project on April 30th in Longyan,Fujian province and isabout to carry out trial production.The company plans to expand the ECH capacityto 25 000 t/a in second phase and finally to 55 000 t/a in the third phase.Reportedly,the company is also constructing a 300 000 t/a chlor-alkali project with an investmentof RMB470 million.
