Chongqing Sanyang Chemical Company Limited,a jointventure of Chongqing Chemical& Pharmaceutical Holding(Group) Company,Chongqing Electric Power Corp andChongqing Suote Salt Industry Co Ltd,inaugurated productionof 15 000 t/a trichlorosilane project on June 10th.The project uses the Siemens process aligned with the fivetowers continuous distillation in the production.The feedstockcan be supplied by the adjacent polysilicon makers.
