The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced August 12th a conclusionconcerning imported purified terephthalic acid (PTA, HScode: 29173611, excluding 29173619) from Korea and Thailand,under the investigation results that the PTA imported from the twocountries has increasingly dumping into the Chinese market, whichhas materially disturbed the domestic PTA sector.
