On September 29th Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT) and China National Bluestar (Group) Corporation broke ground on the expansion of their world-class fumed silica manufacturing facility in Jiujiang, Jiangxi province, China. The US$43 million investmentis a project of Cabot Bluestar Chemical (Jiangxi) Co. Ltd., a joint venture between Cabot Corporation’s subsidiary in China and China National Bluestar (Group) Corporation.
