摘要
我国煤矿频发的矿难暴露出了我国目前煤炭行业管理体制中存在的问题,加强煤矿安全生产的法制建设已成为当今法律界的一项重任。通过对国内外煤矿安全生产法律现状的分析比较,提出对我国煤矿安全生产的立法建议。
Frequent mine disasters in Chinese coalmines have brought problems existed in current coal industrial managerial system to light.To strengthen coalmine safety production legality building has become an important task of law circle at present.Through analyzed comparison of current coalmine safety production laws and regulations both here and abroad,the paper has put forward feasible legislation proposals.
