摘要
在各类企业日益注重"顾客价值"管理实践的今天,部分走在前列的企业已将目光转移到"内部顾客价值"的管理上。本文结合旅游企业的管理实践探讨了"内部顾客价值"的定义,其对旅游企业的重要作用及提高旅游企业内部顾客价值的途径等问题。
Today more and more enterprises increasingly pay attention to'customer value'in their management practice.Some of them have transferred their focus on the management of'internal customer value'.In the paper,the definition of'internal customer value'combined with management practice of tourism enterprises is discussed.The internal customer value plays an important role to tourism enterprises,so the approaches of improving the internal customer value is discussed either.
