摘要我国经济的迅速发展以及市场经济体制的逐步建立,催生了我国的创业型经济;创业型经济的快速发展,其表现为新企业如雨后春笋般出现。中小企业管理必须持续创新,必须把企业做大做强,中小企业必须持续进行管理模式的变革以驱动其核心管理理念不断创新,从而全面提升企业管理水平和打造其核心竞争力。
