直销商组织支持感调查——以安利(中国)为例

摘要 本文采用深度访谈、焦点小组讨论和开放式问卷对安利(中国)直销商的组织支持感进行研究。研究发现:积极氛围支持、工作支持、爱心支持、制度支持和生活支持五个方面是影响安利直销商组织支持感的主要因素。本文只对研究过程进行论述,而对研究结果不做深入分析。
