基于资源营销战略的资源集中模式研究

摘要 资源营销是一种典型的战略营销,它是以资源作为研究导向,基于企业内外对资源的整合,将其转化为企业竞争优势的一种营销模式。本文在解析资源营销和资源集中内涵的基础上,对资源营销战略中资源集中的两种模式进行了探讨。
