企业人力资源管理外包的动因及风险管理研究 被引量:2

摘要 企业人力资源外包兴起于"经济结构调整"的全球经济浪潮中,是企业精简企业职能、提高人力资源管理效能的一条有效途径。企业人力资源外包源于企业的降低成本、开展核心工作、优化人力资源管理制度和实施优秀人才战略等动因。在企业人力资源外包中,应从防范风险出发、树立正确的外包理念、选择合适的人力资源派遣机构、与人力资源派遣机构建立起相关的责任机制等方面,加强人力资源外包中的风险管理。
