复合工程肉对小鼠脂类代谢和免疫功能的影响研究

摘要 复合工程肉是一种新型食品。本实验研究了复合工程肉对小鼠脂类代谢和免疫功能的影响,结果表明,复合工程肉比普通火腿肠营养更为丰富,能明显降低小鼠体重、体脂和TG、TC含量,改善了脂类代谢;对小鼠胸腺重、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、溶血紫含量和足趾肿胀厚度也有一定的增强作用,促进了机体的非特异性免疫和特异性免疫功能。 The compound engineering meat is a new type of foods. The effect of compound engineering meat on lipidmetabolism and immunity function in mice was studied in this expeiment. The results showed that it was more nutritious than general ham sansage. It could greatly decrease weight, fat, TG and TC and improve Lipld metabolism in mice: It also could rigulate the non - specific and specific immunity in mice, as to enhance weight of thymus, phagocytosis of macrophage, the amount of hemoly-sin and toe swelling thickness.
