摘要 本文主要就营养物质对生物自由基产生及清除的影响进行了综述,并阐述了生物自由基的种类和生物学功能及其产生和清除的途径。 Free radicals which participate in living phenomena are called biological free radicals.It is necessary that the balance between production and removing of free radicals is being maintained.But these substances such as protein,lipids,vitamins,minerals,and so on,have affected the balance.Accordingly affected animal health,even resulted in diseases.This review discussed the species,biological roles and the approachs of production and scavenging of biological free radicals.And mainly summarizes the effects of nutrients on them.
