不同配比花粉与黄豆粉饲料对意蜂6日龄工蜂幼虫血淋巴中游离氨基酸含量的影响

Effects of Diets with Different Ratios of Rape Pollen and Soybean Powder on the Free Amino Acid Content of Six-day-old Worker Larvae(Apis melliferal igustica)

研究不同配比花粉与黄豆粉饲料对意蜂6日龄工蜂幼虫血淋巴中游离氨基酸含量的影响。采用5种不同配比油菜花粉与黄豆粉饲料饲喂意大利蜜蜂,就不同蛋白质饲料对意大利蜜蜂工蜂6日龄幼虫血淋巴中16种游离氨基酸含量的影响进行研究。饲喂不同蛋白质饲料培育的6日龄工蜂幼虫血淋巴中的16种游离氨基酸的含量之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。不同配比油菜粉和黄豆粉混合蛋白质饲料对6日龄工蜂幼虫血淋巴中的游离氨基酸含量均无影响。

To research the Efiects of Diets with Different Ratios of Rape Pollen and Soybean Powder on the Free Amino Acid Content of Six-day-old Worker Larvae(Apis mellifera ligustica).Five diets with different ratios of rape pollen and soybean powder were fed to Italian bee colonies,then the free amino acid(FAA) contents in hemolymph of 6-day-old worker larvae were evaluated.There was no significant differences of FAA contents in larvae hemolymph among different diet group(P > 0.05).Five different ratios of mix powder had no significant effects on the FAA content.
