摘要
在俄罗斯远东地区,冬季漫长而寒冷的气候条件为低温驯化俄罗斯远东西方蜜蜂形成抗寒特性提供了自然的冷暴露处理。体细胞过氧化氢酶酶活性在一定程度上与昆虫等无脊椎动物的抗寒性能存在一定的相关性。为了揭示低温对蜜蜂体细胞过氧化氢酶活性产生的影响,我们通过排水集气法收集了过氧化氢酶在酶促反应过程中产生的氧气,定量测定了俄罗斯远东西方蜜蜂肠道组织过氧化氢酶的酶活性。
There is a continental climate with long,very cold winter in Russian Far East.Natural and chronic exposure of local honeybee(Apis melliferd) species to this harsh winter contributes to its protective cold-resistant property.Biologically,significant relevance of higher cold resistance to catalase activity of somatocytes has been to some extent obtained for invertibrate animals,in paticular insects.In the present work,to reveal the influence of average low temperature on catalase activity of somatocytes in honeybee,we introduced in a gasometric method to quantify catalase activity in the intestinal tissue of Apis mellifera by the measurement of the volume of oxygen produced as a result of hydrogen peroxide decomposition.
