摘要
蜜蜂唾腺(salivary gland)主要分为上颚腺(Mandibular gland)、咽下腺(Hypopharyngeal gland)、头唾腺(Postcereberal gland)和胸唾腺(Thoracic gland)。其中,上颚腺是蜜蜂重要的外分泌腺,其分泌物在蜂群生活中有重要调控作用,不同种类以及同种不同级型的蜜蜂上颚腺分泌物的成分不同;咽下腺是蜜蜂工蜂分泌王浆的主要腺体,腺体上的小囊是合成和分泌蜂王浆的职能单位。本文对近年来蜜蜂唾腺的形态构造、上颚腺、咽下腺分泌物及其生理作用的研究进展进行综述。
The salivary gland of honeybee mainly are divided into mandibular gland,hypopharyngeal gland, postcereberal gland and thoracic gland.Among them,The mandibular gland is an important exocrine gland of bees, and its secretion is important in the regulation of colony life,In contrast to these genera,the composition of the mandibular gland secretions of bee colony species exhibit qualitative differences in the volatile components among species.The hypopharyngeal gland of the worker bees is exocrine gland of royal jelly main glands.In this article,the morphology and chemical composition of salivary gland were introduced,and the functions of the secretions were reviewed.
