摘要
磷脂酶A_2是蜂毒中引起过敏和疼痛的主要物质。本研究利用RT-PCR技术克隆了蜜蜂磷脂酶A_2基因的cDNA序列并进行了详细的生物信息学分析,发现蜜蜂磷脂酶A_2基因包含一个504 bp的开放阅读框,编码167个氨基酸残基,不同种类的昆虫磷脂酶A_2蛋白氨基酸序列同源性较低。磷脂酶A2蛋白存在比较明显的信号肽序列,但没有发现跨膜区结构,本研究为进一步探索磷脂酶A2的生物功能提供良好的铺垫。
The phospholipase A_2 is major material for hypersusceptibility and pain reaction.The cDNA of bee phospholipase A_2 was cloned by RT-PCR and the nucleotide sequence and predicted amino acid sequence were analyzed by bioinformatics methods.An ORF of 504 bp length was found in bee phospholipase A_2 cDNA sequence and encoded 167 amino acid residues.The amino acid sequences of phospholipase A_2 protein in different insects had low homology.A signal peptide was found in bee phospholipase A_2 protein but no transmembrane domain was found by bioinformatics analysis.This study provided good base to analyze the biological functions of bee phospholipase A_2.
