摘要
为了明确常用的蜜蜂样本伸吻处理方法和酒精保存方法,是否会对蜜蜂的形态遗传标记测定产生影响。我们分别进行了开水处理样本和酒精长期浸泡处理对形态遗传标记影响的对比实验。开水处理和酒精浸泡1年的各项形态标记与未经处理的标本差异均不显著(P>0.05)。本研究证明,为了使蜜蜂的吻完整伸出,准确测定,可以采用开水处理蜜蜂标本,用于形态测定的中华蜜蜂标本可以用酒精浸泡至少保存1年。
To make sure whether the normal methods of samples treatment will do some influence on the morphological characters,two contrast experiment were undertaken.We compared the morphological characters between samples with and without boiling water treatment and between samples which alcohol steep for a long time and fresh samples.The result showed that there was no significant differences between the two pairs of treatment group and control group respectively.This study shows that boiling water treatment can be used to make sure correctly measured with the proboscis stench out completely and it also shows that the samples of honeybee used for morphological analysis can be steeped in alcohol at least for one year.
