摘要
在油菜开花前,把油菜分为蜜蜂自然授粉、蜜蜂强制性授粉和无蜂授粉三个区。然后测定座果率、产量、千粒重、畸形率、发芽率、出油率、菜籽油成分等指标。对比试验结果表明:蜜蜂强制性授粉区油菜籽产量比蜜蜂自然授粉区和无蜂授粉区分别提高14.46%和75.98%。与无蜂授粉区相比,蜜蜂强制性授粉区的千粒重、发芽率和出油率分别提高32.34%、32.22%和28.14%,种子的畸形率下降53.59%。
Before the blossom of rape,rape were divided into the natural pollination area,bee pollination area and no bee pollination area.Measure the rate of fruit set,yield,grain weight,malformation rate,germination rate,oil yield,rapeseed oil composition.The results showed that compared with the area of natural pollination and no bee pollination, the yield of bee pollination increased by 14.46%and 75.98%respectively.What that compared with the area of no bee pollination,the grain weight,germination rate and oil yield of bee pollination increased by 32.34%, 32.22%and 28.14%respectively,Reduce the rate of malformation 53.59%.
