复合蜂胶王浆软胶囊调节血脂作用的研究

摘要 为研究复合蜂胶王浆软胶囊的调节血脂的功能,经口给予大鼠333、667、2000 mg/kg.bw剂量的蜂胶王浆软胶囊30 d。与对照组(高脂饲料)比较,各组大鼠间体重无明显差异(P>0.05);高、中、低剂量组大鼠血清胆固醇明显低于对照组(P<0.01),胆固醇降低幅度分别为57.9%、54.3%、42.0%。高、中剂量组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量明显高于对照组(P>0.05或P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高幅度分别为50.0%、31.6%。高、中、低剂量组大鼠血清甘油三酯明显低于对照组(P<0.01),甘油三酯降低幅度分别为47.6%、45.7%、42.1%。表明蜂胶王浆软胶囊具有降低大鼠血脂的作用。 In order to study on the Reducing Blood Lipid of Rats by Propolis and royal jelly soft capsule,the rats were given the doses of 333,667,2000 mg/kg.bw 30d.Compared with the control group(High fat feed),rats body weight are not obvious difference(P>0.05) between each group;the blood Lipid cholesterol content of Every rat team(high,middle,low),is lower than the control group obviously(P<0.05).The reduce scope of cholesterol is 57.9%,54.3%,42.0%respectively.High,middle team's high density lipoprotein cholesterol content is higher than the control group obviously(P>0.05 or P<0.01).The ascension scope of high density lipoprotein cholesterol is 50.0%,31.6%respectively.The high,middle and low team's blood serum triglyceride is lower than the control group obviously(P<0.01),the reduce scope of the triglyceride is 47.6%,45.7%,42.1%respectively.The results demonstrate propolis and royal jelly soft capsule's effects of reducing blood lipid.
