高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定蜂王浆中林可霉素和大环内酯类药物残留量

Simultaneous Determination of Lincomycin and Macrolide Antibiotic Residues in Royal Jelly by Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry

利用液相色谱串联质谱对蜂王浆中的林可霉素和大环内酯类药物残留同时测定。采用乙腈—氨水(97+3)提取,提取液浓缩至干,用pH=8.0磷酸缓冲溶液溶解,并用乙酸乙酯进行反萃取,从而净化样品。本文方法采用了经典的液液萃取方法对蜂王浆中的林可霉素、大环内酯类药物残留进行提取,不再经过固相萃取,大大节约了检测成本。样品前处理方法简单快捷,加快了检测速度。本方法检出限为0.2～0.9μg/kg。

A liquid chromatographic method with mass spectrometric detection was developed for simultaneous determination of lincomycin and macrolide antibiotic residues in royal jelly.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile -ammonia(97+3)and concentrated to dryness,then dissolved in pH=8.0 phosphoric acid and was back-extracted by ethyl acetate.The use of the classical liquid-liquid extraction for lincomycin and macrolide antibiotic residues in royal jelly saves great cost of detection.The sample pre-treatment method is simple and rapid,speeding up the detection process.The detection limit is 0.2～0.9μg/kg.
