摘要
本文采用恒温箱提供试验所需的低温环境(0℃~10℃),研究低温冷藏对东方蜜蜂行为活动反应的影响。结果表明:东方蜜蜂在完全冻僵过程和复苏过程中,其足、触角、翅、吻及腹部等器官和部位均发生了较为复杂的行为活动变化,蜜蜂冻僵过程大致可分为轻度冻僵、中度冻僵、重度冻僵和完全冻僵四个阶段,而完全冻僵的蜜蜂复苏过程可分为复苏萌动、完全苏醒、积极状态三个阶段。总体上当冷藏时间一定时,冷藏温度越低,或冷藏温度一定时,冷藏时间越长,蜜蜂完全冻僵率越高,恢复正常率越低,蜜蜂恢复至振翅飞行所需时间愈长。本试验不仅丰富了蜜蜂行为学的研究内容,也为快速准确标记活体蜜蜂提供了理论基础。
To study the influence of low temperature(0℃~10℃) on the behavioral responses of Apis cerana cerana,we stored the foragers in the incubators.The results showed that experimental bees' organs and other parts like legs,antenna,wings,proboscis,abdomen,and so on all took complex changes during the process of their frozen stiff and resuscitation.The process of bee frozen stiff is approximately divided into mild,moderate,severe and completely frozen stiff phases.When bees in the phase of completely frozen were exposed to the conditions of room temperature,they experienced three stages of anabiosis:germinating,completely analepsia,and positive state.In generally,when cold preservation time are invariant,the lower temperature we set,the higher rate of bees completely frozen stiff becomes,the lower rate of recovery to normal states gets,and the longer time bees recovered to be able to fly they need.Meanwhile,bees will present the same reactions when prolong cold preservation time but not change cold storage temperature.Our study not only enriches the behavior of honey bee,but also offer theoretical basis on quickly and accurately mark living honey bee body.
