不同配比黄豆粉饲料对意蜂成年工蜂血淋巴蛋白的影响

Effects of Diets with Different Ratios of Rape Pollen and Soybean Powder on the hemolymph protein of adult worker bees(Apis mellifera ligustica)

本文采用5种不同配比油菜花粉与黄豆粉饲料饲喂意大利蜜蜂,就不同蛋白质饲料对成年工蜂血淋巴的种类和蛋白质含量的影响进行了探讨。实验结果显示:⑴饲喂不同蛋白质饲料培育的工蜂成虫血淋巴中的蛋白质含量之间的差异不显著(P>0.05);⑵SDS-PAGE图谱显示,饲喂不同蛋白质饲料培育的工蜂成虫血淋巴中的蛋白质种类总体比较一致,但也存在个别蛋白条带的差异。

Five kinds of feed mixed with soybean powder and rape pollen in different ratio were respectively fed to colonies of Apis mellifera ligustica,then the hemolymph protein of adult worker bees from each colony was measured.The result showed that:⑴There were no significant difference among the protein contents of hemolymph of adult worker bees fed with differences feed(P>0.05).⑵The protein patterns were generally similar in SDS-PAGE profile of hemolymph protein of worker bee fed with five types of mixed feed,though a few protein bands were different.
