摘要 近年来,对被誉为"紫色黄金"的蜂胶的研究越来越多,蜂胶具有很好的抗氧化能力,本文从蜂胶的功能、抗氧化作用机理、抗氧化活性的测定方法及影响因素等方面阐述了蜂胶抗氧化作用的研究进展。 In recent years,the research of propolis,which was called 'purple gold',was focused by us.It has great antioxidant capacity.In this essay,the research progress of antioxidant capacity of propolis was elaborated form the function,anti-oxidation mechanism,the determination and impact factors of antioxidant activity.
