摘要
蜂王浆是一种高活性的天然保健产物,成分复杂,采用液相色谱法对蜂王浆中的果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、吡喃葡基蔗糖(Erlose)和C13进行分析,发现蜜源条件、饲养方式、饲料对蜂王浆中的糖分变化影响非常的大,对指导蜂王浆的生产、加工、贸易具有一定的积极作用,为寻求蜂王浆中的成分组成及其功效具有科学的意义。
Royal jelly is a natural health-keeping product with high activity and complex components.Through analysis with fructose,glucose,sucrose,erlose and C13 in royal jelly by HPLC method,we find that the nectar condition,feeding mode and feeding stuff have great impact on the variation of sugar components,which plays an active role in guiding production,processing and trade of royal jelly and has scientific meanings in searching component structure in royal jelly and effects of royal jelly.
