摘要
蜂胶主要来源于杨树的树芽胶,具有多种生物活性。蜂胶和杨树芽胶的理化成分及性质非常相似,为掺假蜂胶的鉴别带来了很大困难。本文综述了近年来关于鉴别蜂胶和杨树芽胶的研究进展。
Propolis,a natural resinous hive gathered by honeybees from poplar buds,has been reported to have various biological activities.The chemical compositions and physiochemical properties of propolis and poplar resin are very similar,so it is difficult to identify the adulterate propolis.This paper summarizes the recent investigation on the identification of propolis and poplar resin.
