摘要
建立肠衣中氯霉素残留的高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用测定方法。该方法经乙酸乙酯和氨水提取样品,以XTerraMSC18柱(100mm×2.1mm,3μm)分离,流动相为乙腈-水(33:67,V/V),电喷雾负离子模式,多反应监测采集模式(MRM)下检测。该法的检出限为0.1μg/kg,添加水平为0.1～1.0μg/kg时,加标回收率在99.4～115%之间,相对标准偏差为3.34%。
An LC-MS/MS method was developed for the detection of chloramphenicol residue in honey.Samples were extracted using ethylacetate and ammonia,and the extracts were separated on a XTerra MS-C18 column (2.1mm×100mm,3μm) with a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile and water(33:67,V/V).The analysis was carried out by MS/MS in an electrospray negative ion multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode.The limits of detection and quantification were 0.1μg/kg.The linear range was between 0.1 ng/ml and 1.0ng/ml.The recoveries were between 99.4% and 115% with an average RSD of 3.34%.
