摘要
为建立蜂蜜中总黄酮含量的测定方法,并对不同蜂蜜中的总黄酮含量进行比较,采用可见分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,测得紫云英蜜总黄酮含量为5.90mg/m1,槐花蜜为4.47mg/ml,山楂蜜为4.19mg/ml,三者含量依次降低。由结果可知,总黄酮含量与蜂蜜的蜜源有关,测定方法简便可行。
In order to to establish the determination methods for the content of total flavonoids in Honey,and to compare the different content of total flavonoids in different Honey.,Using Rutin as the standard sampleBy VIS,the result of total flavonoids is:The honey of Chinese milk vetch is 5.90mg/ml,The honey of Sophora japonica is 4.47mg/ml The honey of Hawthorn is 4.19mg/ml,The content of the three decreased in the order.The result shows that,the flavonoids content and honey nectar source are related,the method is simple and feasible.
