摘要
物种遗传图谱和物种地方类群是反映物种的两个基本范畴,为了在分子水平认识西方蜜蜂这个物种,本文通过参考有关于西方蜜蜂基因组微卫星序列座位分析和西方蜜蜂基因组微卫星序列座位多态性分析的文献报道,以基因组微卫星及其分子标记为线索综述了西方蜜蜂遗传图谱和西方蜜蜂地方类群的研究进展,这包括西方蜜蜂基因组微卫星的组成及其特征,基于基因组微卫星分子标记构建的西方蜜蜂遗传图谱及其发展形式以及基于基因组微卫星分子标记划分的西方蜜蜂地方类群及其主要方面。西方蜜蜂基因组微卫星通过构建遗传图谱和划分地方类群反映西方蜜蜂这个物种。
Species is indicated by genetic linkage map and populations from different geographic regions.Here, to understand at molecular level Apis mellifera L.species, it is from the collection of available literature on microsatellite loci markers with distinct and broad allele ranges in Apis mellifera L.that we reviewed both genetic linkage map of Apis mellifera L.and its populations from different geographic regions using analysis of microsatellite data, including constitutional characteristics of microsatellites, development of microsatellite molecular-based linkage map and estimation of microsatellite molecular-based populations.This review finds that the genomic microsatellite approach favors obtaining a detailed understanding of Apis mellifera L.
