摘要
对天然蜂粮的营养成分进行了分析,结果表明:天然蜂粮的蛋白质含量为16.92%,氨基酸含量为13.72%,总糖为28.79%,还原糖为27.55%,脂肪为2.10%,总黄酮为0.134%,微量元素中钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、锰、铬的含量分别为242.9,47.82,680.73,80.88,52.43,35.58,5.18,22.74,0mg/kg,镉、镍的含量分别为26.55,329.5ug/kg。
On natural bee grain of nutrition components for has analysis, results indicates that: natural bee grain of protein content for 16.92%, amino acid content for 13.72%, total sugar for 28.79%, restore sugar for 27.55%, fat for 2.1%, total yellow ketone for 0.134%, trace elements in the potassium, and sodium, and calcium, and magnesium, and iron, and zinc, and copper, and manganese, and chrome of content respectively for 242.9, 47.82, 680.73, 80.88, 52.43, 35.58,5.18,22.74,0 mg/kg, cadmium and nickel content of 26.55,329.5 ug/kg, respectively.
