一株蜜蜂病原物拮抗细菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 以蜜蜂欧洲幼虫腐臭病的病原物蜂房蜜蜂球菌(Melissococcus pluton)为靶标,从土壤中分离获得一株对多种蜜蜂病原细菌和真菌具有拮抗活性的细菌S1。根据其形态特征、培养特征、理化指标测定DNA G+Cmol%测定以及16S rRNA序列分析,初步判断该菌株为类芽孢杆菌,并命名为:Paenibacillus brasilensis HK-1。 Taking Melissococcus pluton as the target, one antagonist isolated form soil was greatly resistant to various pathogenic bacteria and fungus of honeybee.Based on its morphologic, culture, physiological and biochemical characteristics, chemotaxonomy as well as 16S rRNA sequence analysis, The strain was identified as Paenibacillus brasilensis.The preliminary research found that the strain has a broad inhibition spectrum, and its antibacterial substance can survive at high temperature and acid, which show the developing value of the strain.
