摘要
蜜蜂病毒广泛分布于世界各地的蜜蜂蜂群中,由于检测技术的限制,蜜蜂病毒病一直未引起人们的重视。蜜蜂数量的持续下降的原因已被证实与广泛分布的蜜蜂病毒有关,蜜蜂病毒的研究已成为蜜蜂疾病学的一个重要内容。我国每年因蜜蜂病害损失大量蜂群,但病毒病的防治与研究工作相对滞后,为此本文将对目前常见的蜜蜂病毒病的检测技术与诊断方法进行阐述,比较其优缺点和适用范围,为养蜂生产实践提供参考。
Honeybee viruses have been tested in different colonies worldwide.The hazard of bee virus was under-evoluated long term due to limited virus detection technology.Honey bee colonies permanent loss significantly associated with several honey bee viruses.Bee virology has an important component of bee disease research.Though a large number of bee losses were due to frequently epidemic disease in China, the prevention and control of bee virus disease still delay to the beekeeping development.A summary of bee virus detection and disease diagnosis will be served for our beekeeping.
