摘要
蜂花粉使用安全性的评估可以从花粉中所含元素、食源性污染、抗生素残留、农药残留等方面进行。通过花粉中上述几各方面的综合研究得出:花粉中含有大量的常量和微量元对于有毒害性的元素含量极微。在食源性污染物实验过程中,微生物指标检验合格。对于抗生素、农药残留以及黄曲霉素与赭曲霉素的实验结果均为未检出。最终研究结果表明蜂花粉具有极高的营养价值和保健功能,完全可以作为一种健康的良好营养品。
Bee pollen use safety can be evaluated by pollen contain elements, food-borne pollution, antibiotics residue, pesticide residue and so on.Through the comprehensive study concluded that: pollen contains a large number of constant and elements for poisonous elements content is extremely small.Food-borne pollutants in the process, microbiology indicators inspection qualified.For antibiotics, pesticide residue and aspergillus flavus element and ochratoxin experimental results are not detected.Finally the results of the study show that bee pollen have high nutritional value and health care function, completely can serve as a kind of health of good nutrition.
