The preparation of solid dispersion of nitredipine

为了提高难溶性药物尼群地平的溶出度,制备了其固体分散体,考察其体外溶出度并与原料药作对照,筛选出较佳的处方。

Solid dispersions of nitredipine in PEG6000 and PEG6000 plus other polymers were prepared using meltingmethod.The dissolution rates of solid dispersions were increased,the best formulation of these solid dispersionswas found.
