摘要
This paper presents a study of strategies on the construction of China’s scientific and cultural capacities for security oriented disaster reduction from a cross disciplinary perspective and based on an analysis of the causes of disasters and accidents in China in the 20th century and a prediction of the disaster situation in the 21st century.
