摘要
As an important part of Scientific and Technological System for Disaster Reduction in Chinese Academy of Sciences numerical model and simulating technology of severe disasters play key roles in disaster prevention and reduction works in China. As an example, in this paper a couple model of atmosphere, land process and hydrological rule as a whole is established for forecasting and assessing drought and waterlogging disasters.
