摘要
本试验观察了重组IL-2对经产母猪和育成母猪口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果的影响。其中对经产母猪的试验结果显示,重组IL-2和口蹄疫疫苗一起免疫57天后平均间接血凝抗体滴度可以达到1∶3018.1,而不注射重组IL-2的对照组平均间接血凝抗体滴度1∶1955.6,两组中所有抗体滴度均大于1∶64;对育成母猪的试验显示类似结果:重组IL-2和口蹄疫疫苗一起免疫55天后平均间接血凝抗体滴度可以达到1∶1361.8,且抗体滴度均大于1∶64,而对照组平均抗体滴度为1∶855.4,且其中抗体滴度小于1∶64的占7.1%。说明重组IL-2可以显著提高经产母猪和育成母猪口蹄疫疫苗的抗体滴度水平,同时也可提高育成母猪口蹄疫抗体整齐度。
The effects of recombinant IL-2 on the immunization against Mouth and Foot Disease Virus in sow and gilt were studied.The average antibody titres were increased to 1∶3018.1 in sows immunized with Mouth and Foot Disease vaccine an d IL-2,57 days after immunization in comparison with that of 1∶1955.6 in cont rol group sows immunized with only vaccine when tested with indirect heamaggluti nation assay; All antibody titres in the two groups are higher than 1∶64.The av erage antibody titres were increased to 1∶1361.8 in the test group gilts immuni zed with Mouth and Foot Disease vaccine and IL-2,55 days after immunization in comparison with that of 1∶855.4 in control group gilts immunized with only vac cine; all antibody titres in the test group gilts are higher than 1∶64 whereas in the control group gilts 7.1% antibody titres are lower than 1∶64.The result s indicated that the recombinant IL-2 could effectively enhance the immune effe cts of Mouth and Foot Disease vaccine.
